Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reel Scout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Reel Scout aims to provide comprehensive and high-quality information to facilitate your decision-making process.

18. Client Feedback

We value your feedback and use it to improve our services. You are encouraged to provide feedback on our performance, the locations we identify, and any other aspects of our service. Feedback can be submitted via email, phone, or through our website’s contact form.

19. Relationship of Parties

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Reel Scout. You are an independent party engaging our services.

20. Force Majeure

Reel Scout will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

You hereby release Reel Scout, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, including but not limited to any personal injury or property damage that may occur during location visits or filming activities.

Reel Scout makes reasonable efforts to keep location information up-to-date and accurate. However, location details, availability, and conditions may change without our knowledge. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in location information. It is your responsibility to verify location details and conditions prior to filming.
